You don’t need a survey to find out that women feel insecure in this country. You just need to take a walk in the evening. You don’t need numbers to see that domestic violence against women is widespread. You just need to look into their eyes, perhaps yours. Yet this realisation is not enough to devise a strategy to combat this violence. You need to understand the anatomy of violence — where, how and why of violence against women — to begin to think about countering this violence.



Everybody of us should give attention to these horrible records. I think that women in the last centuries proved their intelligence and the ability to success in any kind of position more than men. I`m very proud to be a realtor in Toronto and I`m glad as well that people trust me, doesn`t matter that I`m a woman. In India it`s still hard to realize projects dealing with rights of women. The general opinion always would remain that a thinking woman is dangerous.
I think discrimination against women exists everywhere — look at Hillary and the uphill battle she is facing in the US.
