Nearly a fortnight after the double murders of 14-year-old Aarushi Talwar and her family servant, Hemraj on May 16, we’re still no closer to the truth.
The Noida police — a bunch of incompetent, idiotic bumblers — claimed they had cracked the case with the arrest of Aarushi’s father, Dr Rajesh Talwar (muttering ominously and, perhaps, threateningly that the mother, Nupur Talwar was not above suspicion). But all we have is a bunch of theories; theories which change with every passing day. Here’s a quick summary:
Theory One:The father did it and it was a cold-blooded, premediated crime
Why? Dr Rajesh Talwar was having an affair; his daughter didn’t approve. She confided about this to the servant Hemraj. So, Dr Talwar killed them both.
Flaws in the theory: Dr Talwar was a doctor. If he had wanted to kill Aarushi and Hemraj, he could have used far more sophisticated methods. Also, if he had killed Hemraj up on the terrace of his building, his concern would have been to try and get rid of the body, not hide it under the cooler and then go off to sleep until 6 am when the maid arrived.

Why? Aarushi had become very close to Hemraj. Dr Talwar found her in an ‘objectionable’ state with him; called Hemraj up to the terrace where he first hit him on the head with a hammer and then slit his throat. He then came back downstairs, drank some whisky and went into Aarushi’s room and killed her in the same way.
Flaws in the theory: Why would Aarushi have remained a mute witness? At the very least she would have gone to her mother, shouted, raised an alarm. Moreover, this doesn’t explain why the mother did not intervene.

Theory three: The father did it, he didn’t get along with Aarushi
Why? Like most teenage girls, Aarushi spent far too much time on the Internet and on her mobile phone (note that this did not in any way detract from her grades; she was an exemplary student who routinely scored 90 per cent marks). As further evidence of her ‘rebellious’ ways, the police have pounced upon an email (as an aside, the email is being used as ‘evidence’ that there was a breakdown in communication between father and daughter!) in which Aarushi apologises to her dad for some unnamed misdemeanour saying she ‘wnt do it again’ it she WON’T do it again. The police interpret this to mean she wants to do it again. Unrepentant girl had to be killed.
Flaws in the theory: This theory is so stupid that even my pet monkey is laughing. But what does it say about the ‘character’ of the police force when it leaks private emails between a murdered teenage girl and her friends and parents?
Theory promoted by: Noida police
Theory four: The father did it, he wanted Hemraj dead
Why? Same reason as #2, except Hemraj confided to a social worker that he was scared for his life
Flaws in the theory: If Hemraj was under threat from Dr Talwar, he would have run for his life and left the job. Moreover, Dr Talwar would not have killed him on the roof of his own house where detection of the body was inevitable.

Theory five: An outsider did it
Why? Hemraj was either in debt or under threat from a third person, something he had confirmed to a social worker. On the night that Aarushi was murdered, he was visited by that third person and invited him in where some whisky was drunk. Aarushi woke up at some point and was killed because of what she had witnessed. Hemraj was then taken up to the terrace and killed since he was a witness.
Flaws in the theory: Aarushi was killed in her bed; in her room which was locked. If she was murdered because she had intervened in some secret tryst, her body would have been found in the drawing room. Obviously, the killer was someone who had access to her room. Also, there is no sign of any forced entry into her room or, for that matter, of any attempt, to sexually molest her.

Bottomline: we don’t know who the hell did it
There are more holes in the various police theories than in a tennis net. But someone has to answer for the two dead bodies, more so since Uttar Pradesh chief minister Mayawati has already issued instructions for a speedy investigation.
So, Dr Talwar is taken to Haridwar (where he performed the last rites for his daughter) and taken through the streets with a battery of journalists in hot pursuit. This bizarre ritual will, apparently, give the police some clues and evidence. Apparently Dr Talwar told the priest who peformed the final rituals for his daughter that the time of her death was around 2 am, and this is yet another piece of ‘incriminating evidence’ against him.
Since the police has clearly failed to come up with a water-tight case of their own, they are now counting on the court granting them permission to put Dr Talwar though a narco test.
The family clearly is leaving nothing to chance. They want the case transferred to the CBI.
In their place, wouldn’t you want the same?

Hi everyone,
Please lend me your ears for a few moments, will you? Read this
carefully and send me your views on our new insights on the Real
Reason behind Aarushi’s murder.
As a ‘regular,’ normal guy, I was stunned by the brutality of this
case of a father killing his own teenage daughter… it seemed to
stump all analyis. Why? I kept asking myself. The strangeness of this
case left me perplexed. I discussed it for hours every day with my
girlfriend, who also happens to have considerable years of experience
in Psychological Crisis-Counselling in Delhi… and and a few days
ago, my girlfriend came up with her own insight on the real motive
behind the murder.
I’m convinced totally now that her theory cracks this case.
According to her, it was not Dr Talwar, but his WIFE who killed her daughter!
Why did she do so?
Because what was going on in her home was even more shocking than a
male domestic help abusing her daughter… Dr Talwar was raping his
own daughter!
This is why he kept saying he’d “been framed for the murder”… HE
didn’t kill his daughter — his WIFE did!
On that particular evening, she had witnessed her husband having sex
with Aarushi … and as a mother, she couldn’t take it.
She realized that her ONLY way of permanently ‘protecting’ her child
from further rape was by knocking her out and quietly slitting her
throat.
This fits with her strange shifty behaviour on TV, where she shows no
emotion at all: she never even cries, but seems to have rehearsed her
speech… she “doth protest too much”, like Lady Macbeth… in fact
she looks exactly like Lady Macbeth who can’t wash the blood off her OWN
hands!
She kept using giveaway terms like:
“My daughter has been taken away from us by some ANIMALS… The real
killers are still out there…” (Every man ‘out there’ is a potential
rapist for her now…)
“MY life is OVER…” (killing one’s child is actually like suicide!)
“It’s all so totally disgusting”… (the shockingly disgusting
reality of Incest!)
“My husband will not come out of this SANE…” (He is a sexual pervert!)
Why was Hemraj murdered?
Because HE was aware of this incest going on in the house for months
or years… he had been witness to it; for which reason he had been
threatened by Dr Talwar to keep shut about it, or else he’d kill him.
This fits too with the fact that their previous male servant Raju, a
relative of Hemraj, had left this job, but was tracked down and
‘accidentally’ killed in a motorcycle ‘accident’ in January… he knew
too much too.
On that fateful evening, this pervert Dr Talwar must have been so
drunk that he overdid his incestuous abuse… and Aarushi must have
been protesting and screaming. Hemraj tried to intervene and protect
Aarushi, who may have confided in him earlier and asked for
protection. And Nupur may have returned home early to find her husband
in bed raping her daughter.
All hell broke loose. Nupur attacked her husband and tore her child
away from him. Dr Talwar attacked Hemraj and tried to knock him out,
as he was witness.
While Nupur sedated or strangled Aarushi and slit her throat, Dr
Talwar was in the process of killing Hemraj, to make him a ‘fall guy’
as well as removing him as witness.
Finally, both Dr & Mrs Talwar killed Hemraj together.
But Dr Talwar didn’t know his wife had killed Aarushi… that stunned him!
Now Dr Talwar is the fall guy for the murder… because, if he reveals
that his WIFE killed their daughter, he would also have to explain
WHAT provoked her to do so… i.e. his Incest!
Why didn’t Nupur kill her incestuous husband instead of her daughter?
Good question…
Because if she did, then SHE would be accused of the murder… (unless
she singlehandedly killed Hemraj too, as her Fall Guy, which is
difficult for a woman to do alone!)
My girlfriend and I are 100% convinced that THIS is the Real Story…
We must all have the guts to speak up on this possibility… so send
in your responses please, and let’s discuss this threadbare.

chetan ” i think your idea is not the right one as the autopsy has ruled out a sexual assault….it is very easy to know by means of a post mortem study whether a girl has ever been violated, whether she has been sexually assaulted recently, if she is pregnant or not etc..there are so many ways to find that out & is a routine part of any girl’s post mortem analysis (i.e even if the Police have not asked them specifically to look for it)…That was one of the things that was 1st ruled out.Ur assumption can only be right if u are accusing the autopsy report to be untrue.Then again aarushi appeared normal to her friends & scraps in Orkut were just like any other teenager..she never appeared to be depressed or withdrawn (a tell tale sign in conditions such as incest)
Still as u said Nupur Talwar or some persons known to her could be the killer(s), it could be b’coz of certain secrets in her own life, which she is trying to hide & so unwilling to come clean on this twin murders.either or both the parents have something to do with the murders or murderers.The only other possibility is some persons known to Hemraj killed him & Aarushi (as she was a possible witness)
