Shoddy police investigation culminating in the arrest of Dr Rajesh Talwar, the father 14-year-old Aarushi Talwar, run like a leitmotif in the aftermath of the gruesome crime. Vandana K. Mittal raises some questions in Merinews.
THE GRUESOME murder of a Noida school girl, Arushi, on Friday (May 16) has not only rattled the residents of the national capital and the surrounding areas, but also angered them at the way the police has gone about investigating this case of brutality towards an innocent girl.
As the news has flashed across the TV screens and has been reported in other media, the entire nation has gaped in utter disbelief at the shoddy and amateur manner in which the case has been handled. Each passing day has brought forth further news of the cavalier manner in which the local cops have gone about their work.
Even in the best of circumstances our police force is not known for scintillating detective work but with this case of Arushi’s murder they have set new lows. What they have missed is not the fine evidence that needs specialised equipment to detect. They have missed a whole dead body lying at the site of the crime!

Is the law and order in India so rotten that they can investigate a murder case like this?This wil b just another case where politics plays its games,police tries 2 close d case,n the indian court will fail miserably in its judgement due to pwer-play,lack of witnesses and evidences, and finally lives will go on as they always did.why this mishandling of such a delicate case?why r they covering up so many facts n creating additional loopholes..?why such a surrogate treatment?atleast so that aarushis soul rests in peace plzz do not let this case sag behind like this…plzz
I think police has made some scape goat and will close the case. It could be linked to the sex rackets which run with connivance or rather with active participation of police for political persons and heavyweights!
This could be the reason why police is trying to hush up the case.
If as suspected, free sex was going on in family there could not be any negative feeling in having sex with even with servant. The whole case is based on flimsy logic.
1: Police did not look on the terrace on the first day!!! Would you believe?
2: Very fast conclusion about domestic help!!

Transfer of policemen is no punishment! They must be sent to the custody RI for at least 7 years!
POLICE (Even CBI does the same job of protecting criminals in many cases) must be aware of high connection somewhere and have abruptly arrested doctor as media reached to his relatives for interviews. They want doctor should not open his mouth. They want no media should approach the doctor and therefore he is arrested. The case is already very weak and doctor cannot be punished. Thus they will promise doctor that he will be released and real culprit will move freely without any punishment!
The possible factors that allowed murder to take place were:
1. Free attitude about sex. : Many times teens are allowed to have enjoyment because of extra liberal attitude of parents. And in many cases, as per survey of Govt. of India, the near relations including father are the the ones who want to enjoy the sex and want their children to be groomed in the same fashion and therefore, rape them.
2. Secret agencies are in search of such persons so that girls can be used to satisfy the lust of aged and powerful persons. Where the girl will endup depends on the beauty and intelligence that the girl possess. Sometimes even a person as old as 70 years calls girl in his relations just graduated and establishes illicit relations with her and then she is absorbed in the secret cadre.
3. The job of secret cadre is to inform each and every small thing that happens in their area. And then this can be very well used to cut down the political opponents and make their lives miserable.
4. Once the girl is in the sex racket, she has to satisfy the persons to whom she is sent, whether the girl likes it or not! In doing so, many girls later realize that in the name of Secret Services they are merely reduced to PROSTITUTES.
5. After revelation, girls feel very frustrated. Many adjust with it because there is no other way. Few show resistance and they are eliminated.
6. These being secret agencies they get support from all sectors, Police, Govt, Other secret agencies….Any sign of going public and the girl has lost her life.
7. These agencies turn a human being in Monsters. Parents may kick their off springs out of the house if found troublesome in this respect, without bothering anything as parents are now addicted to the sensual pleasures.
8. Can government come up with data as how many teen girls are missing or murdered?
9. And Secret Agencies try to make everyone their SALVES! Because once you are associated with such agencies, even if you want to go for toilet, you may have to ask ‘Can I sir?’ Joke apart, agency expects you to behave strictly according to their decisions whether you find them ethical or not!
10. I don’t deny that the necessity of secret agencies for security of the nation. But, such heinous crimes must stop

Your initial argument is acceptable but your “possible factor ” ??? I am unable to digest .. what are these .. why in this context … ? how come u have come up with so many points and that too organized it so well …. I guess you should have broken donw you comment into two parts and posted your possible factor for murder in a separate thread ….
